Oracle HCM Talent Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the contract Oracle HCM Talent Consultant will drive the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle and continuous improvements for Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules
• Lead discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders to optimize user experience
• Configure talent cycles and maintain HCM Security profiles tailored to talent visibility and data security policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of functional experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Proven experience leading design workshops and executing fit/gap analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with Core HR, HCM Design Studio, and Oracle HCM Security structures
• Solid analytical skills to translate complex talent strategies into system configurations
