Leading Oracle Talent Management and Learning implementations, the full-time contract Oracle HCM Talent Functional Specialist will conduct requirements gathering, perform fit-gap analysis, and configure various HCM modules while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Talent Management and Learning implementations
- Conduct requirements gathering and discovery workshops
- Configure Talent, Learning, Recruiting, and Career Development modules
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM functional experience
- Strong implementation experience with Oracle Recruiting (ORC)
- Expertise in Performance Management and Succession Planning
- Experience with Oracle Onboarding and Oracle Learning Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Core HR and HCM Security
