Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development, implementation, and ongoing support of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system
Collaborate with peers to enhance user adoption and the employee experience in Oracle HCM
Troubleshoot HCM related issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Oracle Core HR
Complete knowledge and understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
Ability to work independently with limited guidance and mentor others
