Oracle HCM Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing support of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system
• Provide recommendations and develop solutions to enhance user adoption and employee experience within Core HR and Redwood pages
• Troubleshoot HCM-related issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Oracle Core HR
• Complete knowledge and understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM module
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team
• Experience in guiding and mentoring others
