Oracle HCM Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Oracle HCM Technical Analyst, a remote contract position requiring over five years of experience, is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Oracle HCM systems, enhancing user adoption, and providing training and recommendations for system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing support of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
• Collaborate with peers to enhance user adoption and employee experience in Oracle HCM
• Troubleshoot HCM-related issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Oracle Core HR
• Complete knowledge and understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM module
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience in mentoring others
