Oracle HCM Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To support a respected financial services customer, the contract Oracle HCM Technical Analyst will remotely manage the development and implementation of the Human Capital Management system, focusing on Core HR and Position Management modules while enhancing user adoption and employee experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing stability of the HCM system across various environments
• Provide recommendations and develop solutions to enhance user adoption and overall employee experience
• Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot HCM-related issues and deliver expert-level recommendations for system enhancements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Core HR
• Complete knowledge and understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM module
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience in guiding and mentoring others
