Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting ongoing client implementations and enhancements, the Oracle HCM Technical Consultant will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and delivering technical Oracle HCM solutions across various modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, including Fast Formulas and Offer Letter XML
• Implement and deploy Journey configurations while developing Fast Formulas for personalization
• Manage Oracle HCM Security configurations, including role design and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical consulting experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and bulk data processing
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Security configuration and role design
• Familiarity with integration tools such as OIC, REST, and SOAP
