Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant with OIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces
• Develop and enhance Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and benefits logic

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for data validation and troubleshooting
• Experience in developing inbound and outbound HCM integrations and custom reports
• Familiarity with Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules
