Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with OIC.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces
Participate in SIT/UAT testing cycles and provide production support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and HDL
Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for data validation and reporting
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM REST/SOAP APIs
Familiarity with Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules
