Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
Job Summary
To support client projects, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Technical Consultant will design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM integrations while leading code reviews and mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and create integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud tools and Web Services (SOAP & REST)
- Collaborate with clients to define integration requirements and best practices
- Ensure quality deliverables by applying testing methodologies and maintaining documentation
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of report development experience
- At least 3 years working with Oracle Integration Cloud solutions
- Overall 7+ years of IT experience
- Experience with HCM systems such as Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, and E-Business Suite
- Proficiency in developing OIC solutions using REST, SOAP, and BI Publisher
