Oracle HCM Technical Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer (ORC Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) HCM Extracts for candidate and requisition data
• Build integrations between ORC and external ATS platforms / Job boards
• Create OTBI and BI Publisher reports for recruiting and HR analytics

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Experience building HCM Extracts across recruiting and HR modules
• Expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
• Strong experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting
• Strong PL/SQL development skills
