Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer (ORC Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) HCM Extracts for candidate and requisition data
Build integrations between ORC and external ATS platforms / Job boards
Create OTBI and BI Publisher reports for recruiting and HR analytics

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
Strong experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting
Strong PL/SQL development skills
Experience supporting Core HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules
