Oracle HCM Technical Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer (ORC Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ORC HCM Extracts for candidate and recruiting data integration
• Develop and support integrations between Oracle ORC and third-party ATS platforms
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts and integrations across various Oracle HCM modules

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Hands-on experience developing HCM Extracts for recruiting and HR modules
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong PL/SQL development skills
• Experience developing applications using VBCS, VBC, and Oracle APEX
