Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant - Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces
• Support payroll-related technical issues and assist during payroll runs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and HDL
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL/PL-SQL
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, absence, and time & labor modules
• Ability to participate in SIT/UAT testing cycles and provide production support
