Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 6-10 years of experience who will manage Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, and integration projects while collaborating with HR business users and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects
• Gather business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions for Oracle HCM processes
• Develop integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using REST APIs and SOAP Web Services

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional consulting
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, especially Core HR and Global HR
• Experience in Oracle Redwood UI and page customization
• Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula
• Experience in OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL-based reporting
