Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer (Techno-Functional Payroll Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage end-to-end payroll processing, including troubleshooting and assisting payroll administrators
• Gather and analyze functional requirements for Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL data loads, and OIC integrations while troubleshooting data load issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Solid functional knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or support projects
• Ability to work independently and interact with business stakeholders
