Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technology Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud system and other HRIS systems
Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM reporting tools
Provide support for system setup, data loads, workflows, and production support

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent HRIS work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with HCM Oracle Cloud development
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Basic knowledge of employment legislation and data protection regulations
One to two years of project management experience
