Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Help Desk Analyst to support a large Federal Oracle R12 system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Oracle software solutions and third-party software
  • Provide expert support and analysis for complex problems and processes
  • Design system enhancements and perform integration and regression testing for system releases
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Federal accounting, Oracle EBS, or related areas
  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2.X platform
  • Knowledge of Oracle R12 General Ledger, Federal Administrator, and Federal Reporting
  • Knowledge of Oracle R12 CLM, iProcurement, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable
  • Certification preferred
