Oracle ICM Consultant

Job Summary

To support a high-visibility enterprise platform implementation, the remote Oracle ICM Consultant will lead a critical configuration initiative focused on ensuring commission accuracy, collaborating with various departments, and driving strategic improvements in incentive compensation management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a Power User and technical lead for the incentive compensation management platform, designing and maintaining models and workflows
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Sales, and Finance to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within the commissions infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience with incentive compensation tools such as Varicent, Xactly, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of data modeling, business logic, and workflow configuration
• Proficiency in Excel, including comfort with logical functions and formulas
• Experience writing basic queries and transforming business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
