Job Summary
Leading the implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation Management, the remote Oracle ICM Implementation Consultant will serve as the functional lead, translating complex commission-plan requirements into a scalable platform while collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, and IT.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Oracle ICM implementation, from requirements gathering to post-go-live stabilization
- Define business rules, establish data and reporting requirements, and coordinate technical dependencies for accurate commission payouts
- Develop governance, controls, and operating procedures to support long-term commission management and enhance stakeholder trust
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or related finance functions
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ICM or comparable incentive compensation management platforms
- Proven experience leading ICM implementations or major enhancements
- Strong understanding of end-to-end commission operations and financial compliance
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and project structures
