Job Summary

Leading the implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation Management, the remote Oracle ICM Implementation Consultant will serve as the functional lead, translating complex commission-plan requirements into a scalable platform while collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, and IT.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Oracle ICM implementation, from requirements gathering to post-go-live stabilization
  • Define business rules, establish data and reporting requirements, and coordinate technical dependencies for accurate commission payouts
  • Develop governance, controls, and operating procedures to support long-term commission management and enhance stakeholder trust
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or related finance functions
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ICM or comparable incentive compensation management platforms
  • Proven experience leading ICM implementations or major enhancements
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end commission operations and financial compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and project structures
