Oracle Identity Governance SME

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical leadership, the remote contract Oracle Identity Governance SME will design and implement risk assessment frameworks, support multi-platform environments, and recommend emerging technologies to enhance identity governance across a large, decentralized organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement risk assessment and business continuity frameworks for operational resilience
• Support multi-language and multi-platform environments to ensure seamless integration and interoperability
• Provide specialized technical guidance on automation and identity governance solutions for complex challenges

Required qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• At least ten years of expert systems engineering experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
• Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle environments on Oracle Identity Manager or Oracle Access Manager
• Familiarity with web-based applications in a DoD Impact Level 5 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure hosting environment
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Middleware, networking, and both Linux and Windows operating systems
