Oracle Middleware Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting a federal program with the Department of Energy, the full-time Oracle Middleware Administrator will manage the administration, security, and lifecycle support of the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack, including Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Access Manager, in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Oracle WebCenter, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Oracle Internet Directory, handling installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning
• Act as the SSL/TLS Encryption SME, overseeing the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of SSL/TLS certificates and encryption configurations
• Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager to monitor system health and performance, driving remediation of identified issues while providing backup support across the broader Oracle technology stack

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Middleware in an enterprise or federal environment, with expertise in Oracle WebCenter, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and OID/OAM
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in SSL/TLS certificate management and encryption implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Working knowledge of the broader Oracle stack (Database, WebLogic, APEX, Analytics, Data Integrator) for secondary support
• Experience supporting DOE or another federal agency's Oracle middleware environment
