Oracle O2C and SCM Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Oracle O2C & SCM Specialist will resolve incidents, monitor job failures, and develop fixes across various Oracle modules while collaborating with business and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across Order Management, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules
• Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries
• Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 8-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 support and development
• Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows
• Strong knowledge of SCM modules such as Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement
• Familiarity with logistics systems like OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus
