Oracle O2C and SCM Specialist

Job Summary

To support Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, the contract Oracle O2C & SCM Specialist will resolve incidents, develop fixes using PL/SQL, and collaborate with business and IT teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across Order Management, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules
• Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 8-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 support and development
• Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows
• Strong knowledge of SCM modules such as Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement
• Familiarity with logistics systems like OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus
