Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the contract Oracle O2C & SCM Consultant will resolve incidents, manage job failures, and develop fixes for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules
  • Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2.4+) support and development
  • Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows
  • Strong knowledge of SCM modules like OM, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, and Shipping
  • Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus
