Oracle O2C & SCM Specialist

Job Summary

To support the performance of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, the contract Oracle O2C & SCM Specialist will resolve incidents, manage job failures, and develop fixes while working remotely on a full-time basis from Tuesday through Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules
• Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 8-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2.4+) support and development
• Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows
• Strong knowledge of SCM modules like OM, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, Shipping, etc
• Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus
