Oracle OTM Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle OTM Solutions Analyst to provide technical support and customer service in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), diagnosing and resolving customer issues
• Manage support tickets according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with customers on status calls and execute quarterly regression testing for system upgrades

Required Qualifications

• A 4-year degree from an accredited university is preferred, or equivalent education and transportation industry experience
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) is preferred
• Experience with IT Support Ticketing systems is preferred
• Superior analytic skills to deliver value to customers
• A self-starter who is flexible, highly motivated, and eager to learn
