Oracle Payroll Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst - Oracle Payroll - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support long-term goals through consultation, process improvement, and digital transformation
• Provide functional expertise on software applications, evaluate business processes, and develop innovative solutions
• Maintain and optimize existing platforms, manage software installations, and troubleshoot system issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or H.S. Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in administrative areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Technology
• System certification preferred (e.g., Oracle certification)
• Preferred experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, specifically the payroll module
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
