Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Job Summary
To support the development and maintenance of critical Oracle-based applications, the remote Oracle PL/SQL Developer will participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on design, development, and testing of database applications.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database applications using PL/SQL and support Oracle Forms and Reports solutions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience developing applications using Oracle technologies
- Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL development and hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and Reports
- Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and database objects
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification
