Oracle PL/SQL Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Engineer for a contract position that is 100% remote, where the candidate will design, develop, and support Oracle PL/SQL data structures and business logic while ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions in an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and data pipelines
• Own features end-to-end, from solution design through deployment and production support
• Perform query optimization, performance tuning, and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL development, and stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns
