Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules and manage configuration changes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional design documents
• Lead testing efforts and provide end-user training and support post-deployment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
• Strong understanding of Recruiting workflows and candidate management processes
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Systems, or related field
