Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant (Techno-Functional).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ORC integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL
• Create and maintain offer letter templates, screening questionnaires, and approval workflows
• Lead data migration of candidates, requisitions, templates, and job models

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to ORC
• Strong experience with OIC, REST APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP
• Hands-on experience with ORC integrations (job boards, background checks, onboarding systems)
• Good functional knowledge of requisition candidate offer hiring flow
• Experience troubleshooting ORC transactions, approvals, notifications, and UI extensions
