Oracle Recruiting Cloud Lead

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) as a replacement for Taleo, the remote contract Oracle Recruiting Cloud Lead will drive functional design, configuration, and business process alignment while ensuring seamless integration with PeopleSoft HRMS.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized ORC solutions and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, including career sites and candidate lifecycle management
• Partner with technical leads to define data requirements and validate functional data flow, while supporting testing and deployment activities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations
• Proven ability to deliver standardized solutions with minimal customization
• Experience leading functional workstreams in Waterfall or hybrid environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience configuring recruiting workflows and career sites
