Oracle Responsys Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Oracle Responsys Consultant will design, implement, and test marketing automation solutions, manage automated campaigns, and provide ongoing operational support for clients utilizing the Oracle Responsys platform.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Oracle Responsys marketing automation solutions integrated with client CRM systems
• Design and deliver automated marketing campaigns, including Abandon Cart and Upsell/Cross-sell programs
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to clients

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Oracle Responsys marketing automation platform
• Proficiency in marketing automation best practices and customer segmentation
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or MS CRM
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Exceptional client service and support skills
