Oracle Service Architect
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, the full-time Oracle Service Architect will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Service modules, managing end-to-end solution architecture and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Integrate Oracle Fusion Service to enhance field service operations and ensure seamless connectivity between systems
- Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud Field Service, Service Contracts, and Depot Repair modules to meet business requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or engineering; master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of Oracle Supply Chain experience, including 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Service
- Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Field Service, Depot Repair, Service Contracts, and Territory Management
- Proven ability to lead complex projects through full implementation lifecycles
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (CX, ERP, HCM) is highly desirable
