Job Summary

Managing and developing client relationships, the full-time Oracle Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of managed services across multiple client engagements while ensuring adherence to service level agreements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate support resources and facilitate communication with customers, internal partners, and vendors
  • Lead team training on IT service delivery processes and manage 24x7 support operations delivered by a global team
  • Track and manage client statements of work, budgets, and project resource timesheets while ensuring excellence in service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering Enterprise IT Services
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing teams within an IT Service Delivery organization
  • Experience managing Oracle projects and multiple accounts across various industries
  • Demonstrable experience in managing customers and IT service delivery
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
