Job Summary
Managing and developing client relationships, the full-time Oracle Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of managed services across multiple client engagements while ensuring adherence to service level agreements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate support resources and facilitate communication with customers, internal partners, and vendors
- Lead team training on IT service delivery processes and manage 24x7 support operations delivered by a global team
- Track and manage client statements of work, budgets, and project resource timesheets while ensuring excellence in service delivery
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering Enterprise IT Services
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing teams within an IT Service Delivery organization
- Experience managing Oracle projects and multiple accounts across various industries
- Demonstrable experience in managing customers and IT service delivery
- Bachelor's degree preferred
