Oracle Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

As Oracle Service Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the operational governance of the enterprise Oracle Fusion platform, ensuring service stability and performance while managing vendor relationships in a flexible working environment that may be onsite, hybrid, or remote.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational governance of ERP services delivered through the Managed Service Provider, ensuring stability and performance targets are met
• Act as the primary operational contact for the Managed Service Provider, leading service reviews and monitoring performance against contractual commitments
• Coordinate responses to major ERP incidents and facilitate change management to ensure smooth transitions of new services into production

Required qualifications

• Experience managing and governing enterprise application services through a Global Managed Service Provider
• Understanding of IT Service Management, with ITIL Foundation or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, or Workday
• Vendor management skills with experience in monitoring service performance
• Experience coordinating major incidents in a global, complex organization
