Job Summary
To support global workforce management, the remote Oracle Time and Labor Consultant will configure, administer, and enhance Oracle Time and Labor solutions while troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Oracle Time and Labor functionality, including time entry, approvals, and labor reporting
- Administer global time-off policies and absence management configurations to ensure compliance
- Serve as the primary support resource for Oracle Time and Labor incidents and operational inquiries
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor or related Oracle Workforce Management solutions
- Experience configuring time entry rules, approvals, and absence management processes
- Knowledge of global workforce management practices and country-specific labor compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting application issues and driving resolution
