Oracle Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Training Specialist to provide training and support for Oracle applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user maintenance tasks and troubleshoot advanced issues with DAI
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training events for end-users
• Support DAI Help Desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and documentation of procedures

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
• 7+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS workforce training
• Deep understanding of DAI capability areas, including reporting and compliance
• Experience in creating training materials, user guides, and conducting training events
• Familiarity with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool and support for DAI Help Desk
