Job Summary
Supporting the Jones & Bartlett Learning business, the part-time Order and Billing Specialist will manage customer order inquiries, collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment, and maintain accurate client information while working remotely for 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily, weekly, and monthly order management tasks, including special service and billing projects
- Act as the first point of contact for customer order inquiries, providing professional and courteous service
- Collaborate with inventory, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support
- Experience using D365 CRM and proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and client accounts
