Order and Invoice Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an LBS Order and Invoice Match Resolution Specialist-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs routine monitoring of invoice holds related to three-way patch exceptions
• Conducts root cause analysis on holds and establishes a resolution process
• Coordinates with suppliers, receiving, and Accounts Payable to resolve match issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Supply Chain Operations or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment
