Order Cancellation Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure seamless customer cancellation processes, the full-time Order Cancellation Specialist will manage cancellation requests, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and execute cancellations within the finance system accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate gathering of cancellation information from stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry in multiple systems
• Take ownership of customer cancellation requests, validating completion across operations teams and escalating issues as necessary
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of cancellation activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Management, or three years of relevant business experience
• Experience working across multiple systems with strong multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions using initiative and logic
• Strong technical competency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience managing work across operational teams in a fast-paced environment
