Order Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
To support customer delivery operations, the full-time Order Delivery Specialist will independently manage and analyze delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with customer expectations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain customer order to delivery schedules in C&S systems based on customer requests
- Analyze schedules impacted by holiday planning and create modified delivery schedules as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor compliance and address any schedule issues affecting customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Transportation
- 2-5 years of experience in transportation routing, scheduling, systems, or planning
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics analytics
- Expert knowledge of scheduling system functionality and intermediate knowledge of mainframe systems
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
