Order Entry Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Analyst, the full-time position will manage order entry, review and approve orders in Salesforce, handle customer refunds and chargebacks, and serve as the primary contact for invoiced customers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process and approve orders for invoiced accounts, generating invoices and completing billing reconciliations
• Provide billing support to customers and coordinate invoicing expectations with internal teams
• Evaluate and process customer refund requests and disputes in compliance with company policy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 1-3 years of professional work experience in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
