Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time Order Entry Input Clerk will accurately process customer orders, maintain communication with internal teams, and ensure data integrity to support operational success.

Key responsibilities
  • Input customer orders into the order management system with precision and speed
  • Verify order details including product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service to clarify order information
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proven experience in order entry, data entry, or a similar administrative role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
