Order Entry Software Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting accurate and efficient entry of glass orders, the remote Order Entry Software & Process Analyst will assist with testing and improving internal order entry software while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and follow test procedures to evaluate internal order entry and quoting software performance
• Assist in developing and executing automated and manual testing scenarios, reporting bugs clearly
• Collaborate with software developers and customer service teams to provide user feedback and testing insights

Required qualifications

• Previous glass experience in an order/data entry clerk, estimator, or customer service role
• 3+ years of relevant experience with glass measurements and specifications
• Familiarity with software testing processes or a willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems; experience with ERP software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
