Order Entry Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Entry Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Sales Representatives by entering sales orders
• Receive and process orders from various sources including website and direct emails
• Maintain a balance of speed and quality while managing multiple tasks

Required Qualifications

• Positive attitude with strong teamwork orientation
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially MS Teams and MS Outlook preferred
• Ability to type at a rate of at least 35 words per minute with 99% accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the business
