Required Qualifications:

2 years of Order Entry/Order Processing experience
3 years of experience in a Customer Service or a Sales Support role
Competency in SAP processes needed for entering orders
Competency in Salesforce.com and order profiling processes
Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
