Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Entry Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain customer account information for orders
- Contact customers for missing order specifications
- Drive customer service workflow
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Order Entry/Order Processing experience
- 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or a Sales Support role
- Competency in SAP processes needed for entering orders
- Competency in Salesforce.com and order profiling processes
- Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
