A company is looking for an Order Entry Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and maintain customer account information for orders
  • Contact customers for missing order specifications
  • Drive customer service workflow
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of Order Entry/Order Processing experience
  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or a Sales Support role
  • Competency in SAP processes needed for entering orders
  • Competency in Salesforce.com and order profiling processes
  • Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
