Order Fulfillment Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Commercial National Accounts organization, the full-time Order Fulfillment Analyst will manage order execution, operational coordination, and customer support activities in a remote environment while collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient fulfillment and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill multiple commercial orders while ensuring operational efficiency and customer service execution
• Collaborate with local branches and factory teams to coordinate inventory needs and ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Analyze shipping and delivery data to identify bottlenecks, evaluate KPIs, and conduct margin analysis for pricing accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance/Economics, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in a supply chain or operations role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
