Order Fulfillment Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic manufacturing environment, the full-time temporary Order Fulfillment Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, managing order fulfillment, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and timely support
• Process customer orders and manage order-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with various departments to track order status and communicate accurate lead times to customers

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environment
• Experience with ERP systems, with JD Edwards (JDE) being a strong asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
